Aim of the project
Building on previous assistance measures, the objective is to strengthen the Georgian Defence Forces capacities to enhance national security and resilience in the defence sector, and thereby better protection of civilians in crises and emergencies as well as to enhance Georgia’s capacities with respect to its participation in EU military CSDP missions and operations.
Project activities and status
The project foresees three activities: clarification of the need for equipment with the Beneficiary, procurement and signing of contracts, as well as the delivery of engineering, military mobility for artillery, medical and logistics equipment to the Georgian Defence Forces.
