Ambitious and large organisation

We are young and driven, with space for growth provided by a large organisation. We are a team of more than 500 talented people. We have grown more than 19 times since our founding. We are constantly expanding our responsibilities and will invite more than 100 new colleagues to join our team in the coming years. Maybe next time we will welcome you?

Strong and loyal team

Almost half of us have been working in the CPVA for more than 5 years. Around 10% of the team changes every year, and for us it is another opportunity to continuously improve and see ourselves in a new light. The biggest reward for us as an employer is the employees who return to the CPVA.

82 points out of 100. This is the assessment of staff satisfaction with the CPMA as shown by the TMD Engagement Survey. They say it is a good result. We think so too! And we will do our best to improve it!

The aspects that fascinate me in my daily work as a CPVA project manager include the search for unconventional solutions, arguments, and compromises, as well as communication with people of various personalities, from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds, and the art of diplomacy.
I find meaning and gain additional motivation to work when I see the enthusiasm in people's eyes, their curiosity, and engagement.
I am also pleased to constantly enhance my own competencies in specific areas related to the project's content, such as delving into the intricacies of anti-corruption measures or the nuances of forensic DNA analysis.

For me, the organisation is and always has been about people. They create added value. That is why I did not hesitate for a second when I came to work for the CPVA, because I knew that what is communicated externally, I would find internally.
With the help of creative and communication agencies, we can create the perfect employer branding campaign. However, in my opinion, it is no longer enough to have a nice exterior to attract talents. If the entire value proposition is wrapped in glossy paper, but the content inside is not what was promised when it is “peeled back”, candidates and employees will soon see this.

It is truly important for me to work with projects aimed at the recovery of Ukraine and my rather not conventional start at CPVA with “Create Lithuania” program bridged my further exciting and meaningful journey here. Engaging in such projects inevitably brings forth challenges, but through experience, I've cultivated trust in the process and leaned on my team for support, continuously learning from my colleagues along the way. The inclusive and supportive working environment was playing a crucial role in developing a sense of belonging within the larger organization, which despite its scale is nevertheless very modern in terms of its policies.
