The Demining Capability Coalition for Ukraine aims to consolidate and coordinate existing and future donor support to Ukraine in the mine action area.
A support fund has been established to achieve the Coalition’s objectives. Its funds are used for the purchase of equipment and tools for demining in Ukraine.
The CPVA is appointed as the administrator of the Fund, carrying out the procurement and supervision of the procurement contracts and acting as the Implementing Agency.
The budget of the Demining Capability Coalition for Ukraine for equipment is over a 10-year period is 1 billion euros.
Contributions have been made not only by the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania but also by countries such as Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Denmark and Ireland.
The Coalition is led by Lithuania (Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania) and Iceland (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iceland).

Status
From the beginning of the Demining Coalition’s activities in September 2024 until June 2026, the following has been procured and delivered to Ukraine:
- 355 off-road vehicles;
- 240 mine detectors;
- 11 ambulances;
- 129 trucks;
- 370 blasting machines;
- 1780 Explosive Ordnance Disposal kits;
- 1079 personal antidrone devices;
- 63 armored personal carriers;
- 140 mine rollers;
- 216 night vision equipment.
