Indrė Šuolienė
Director
Indrė Šuolienė has been the Director of the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) since 14 July 2025.
Before becoming the Director of the CPVA, she worked at the Government Chancellery, where she was responsible for the coordination of the strategic projects portfolio. Earlier, she led the EdTech Centre at the National Agency for Education, where she helped grow Lithuania‘s EdTech ecosystem, managed national education projects and built international partnerships.
Indrė Šuolienė has extensive experience in project management. She previously spent over ten years at the CPVA, including time as a Head the Department of Education and Science Projects. During that period, she contributed to the development of the EU funds management and control system, and provided expert support to ministries in the implementation of strategic management systems.
She holds two master‘s degrees: one in Civil Law from Mykolas Romeris University (2011) and another in Management from ISM University of Management and Economics (2019).

The Board
The Board of the CPVA was approved by order of the Minister of Finance on 22 April 2024.
It is composed of the following 4 members.
- Arūnas Penkaitis (independent member).
- Aurimas Tomas Staškevičius (independent member).
- Daiva Žaromskytė-Rastenė (representative of the Government Chancellery).
- Vaida Žukauskaitė (representative of the Ministry of Finance).
