Other international cooperation projects implemented by the CPVA include the European Peace Facility, demining and strengthening the energy sectors, and building shelters in educational institutions in Ukraine.
The European Peace Facility (EPF) projects aim to support the armed forces of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lebanon and other countries. The projects aim to ensure international security and prevent conflicts.
Demining. The European Commission funds and coordinates humanitarian demining worldwide. The EU supports explosive ordnance clearance, mine risk education and victim assistance in heavily mined regions such as Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan and other countries, with the aim of enabling people to live safely and communities to recover.
Shelter projects for Ukrainian educational institutions projects aim to ensure that the learning process for Ukrainian schoolchildren is organized as often as possible in person, rather than remotely, due to hostilities. The installation of shelters in educational institutions is an integral measure to ensure that young people attending school in Ukraine can safely pursue their education.
