Overall Objective of the action is to support Ukraine’s progressive alignment to the EU acquis and its overall EU integration efforts with a view to future EU membership.
- Component 1 (management, coordination, and monitoring of the EU integration processes). Strengthen the capacities of Ukraine’s key actors and stakeholders to manage, coordinate, and monitor the EU accession processes and related reforms.
- Component 2 (legal approximation processes and translation). Increase the availability of legal expertise necessary for the efficient approximation of Ukrainian law to the EU acquis, and enhance institutional and methodological capacities in the translation process.
- Component 3 (communication). Raise awareness of Ukrainian society and key stakeholder groups regarding the EU accession process and related reforms.
- Horizontal component related to civil society organizations’ activities. Contribute to the implementation of Components 1, 2, and 3, and promote the involvement and contribution of civil society organizations in Ukraine’s EU integration process.
- Horizontal (sub)component – support from other donors. Integrate additional support from other donors, contributing to the implementation of Components 1, 2, and 3.
