Objective of the project
To enhance the efficiency of Moldovan law enforcement stakeholders to better address fight against serious and organised crime.
Specific objective
- SO1: Law enforcement in Moldova is further aligned with the EU acquis and good practice.
- SO2: National law enforcement capacities to fight serious and organised crime are strengthened.
- SO3: Internal Security and Cross border law enforcement cooperation is reinforced.
CPVA role
The implementation of Activities:
- 1.1. A monitoring and reporting mechanism the approximation with EU acquis is in place;
- 1.2. Progress in the alignment with the EU acquis at legislative, institutional and/or operational level is achieved;
- 2.2. The organisational setting (including HR, asset management and equipment, translation into IT systems) of law enforcement agencies and their cooperation is reinforced.
