Aim of the project
The renovation and modernisation of the Zhytomyr Military Hospital unit that provides rehabilitation services for wounded soldiers.
Project activities and status:
- Preparing a technical project for the reconstruction of the building.
- Reconstructing the building of the Zhytomyr Rehabilitation Centre.
- Equipping the Zhytomyr Rehabilitation Centre with the necessary equipment.
Identification and agreement with the beneficiary of the work to be carried out. In April 2025, the first procurement of design services took place, during which no service provider was selected. After the re-announced procurement, a design service contract was signed with Henadii Sidorchyuk on May 28, 2025. The technical project was prepared on December 21, 2025 and received a positive expert assessment.
On February 6, 2026, a tender for construction work was announced. Technical supervision of reconstruction works will be performed by Dmytro Loboichenko.
