Aim of the project
The renovation and modernisation of the Zhytomyr Military Hospital unit that provides rehabilitation services for wounded soldiers.
Project activities and status:
- Preparing a technical project for the reconstruction of the building.
- Reconstructing the building of the Zhytomyr Rehabilitation Centre.
- Equipping the Zhytomyr Rehabilitation Centre with the necessary equipment.
Works to be carried out have been identified and agreed with the beneficiary. The technical design service contract was signed with Henadii Sidorchiuk on May 28, 2025. The technical project was prepared on December 21, 2025 and received a positive expert assessment.
On February 6, 2026, a tender for construction work was announced. On April 24, 2026, a contract was signed with LLC “Seven SI AI”, the company is currently carrying out works at the facility. Technical supervision of the reconstruction works is performed by Dmytro Loboichenko and author’s supervision by Henadij Sidorchuk.
