Objective of the project
To strengthen the institutional capacity at the Government of Azerbaijan in the MHI field and assure tangible gains in accessibility and quality of health care, a reduction of out of pocket payments and related poverty, as well as the growth of the productivity of health care resources coincide with the EaP objectives and with agendas of the and World Health Organization (WHO), which is dedicated to strengthen health systems and to find sustainable solutions for the increase of their resilience and assure universal health coverage for the whole population, to end poverty and promote health throughout the course of life leaving no one behind as well as developing capacities to measure and monitor quality, availability, price and use of healthcare services and products.
