Overall Objective: to support national and regional efforts to reinforce health resilience in the Caribbean region, in line with the Global Gateway Investment agenda for Latin American and Caribbean.

Specific Objectives: to enhance collaboration with EUMS/EU regulatory agencies to contribute to strengthening both regulatory oversight of health system at country and regional level and create conditions for better equipping the local population with medicinal products. Derived objectives – to open pathways to access EU markets for local pharma and health firms and to create conditions for EU pharmaceutical companies to operate in the Caribbean, particularly in Barbados and Guyana.
