Objective of the project

Safe and inclusive satellite connectivity access and use across Central Asian countries has improved, in particular for women, youth and further marginalised groups, with the aim to foster their socioeconomic inclusion.

Specific objectives

  • SO1: Policies and regulations are validated to foster the development and use of ICT connectivity.
  • SO2: Improved transparent and inclusive access to public and private connectivity services, with a focus on rural areas, gender equality and marginalised groups
  • SO3:  The use of satellite-based technologies has sustainably increased to foster local digital innovation and tackle local challenges
  • S04: Comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks and cybersecurity capacity and awareness are promoted among stakeholders
