Objective of the project
To build the capacity of the Government of Moldova, and particularly the Programme Administration Office and the Aid Coordination Unit at the State Chancellery, for technical leadership in the identification, preparation and implementation of activities funded by external assistance. In particular, to support the Programme Administration Office (PAO) at the State Chancellery as the central institution for promoting, planning and implementation of the use of EU instruments, specifically Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA. In addition, the project was intended to assist the State Chancellery in the preparation and implementation of the comprehensive institution building programme of the European Commission.
