Aim of the project
To develop capacities of the Ukrainian armed forces, including their ability to provide their respective services to civilians in crises or emergency situations as well as their capacity to contribute to the Common Security and Defence Policy military missions and operations.
Project activities and status
The project foresees three activities: clarification of the needs for equipment with the Beneficiary, procurement and signing of contracts as well as the delivery of goods to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
All medical, engineering, and demining equipment and vehicles provided for in the project have been delivered to Ukraine and are in use on the front line. The project activities were completed in March 2024, one year ahead of the planned project duration.
