The Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) invites you to take part in an in-person EU Twinning training that will be held on 7–8 October 2025 at CPVA Headquarters, S. Konarskio str. 13, Vilnius, Lithuania.
The EU Twinning Programme is one of the European Union’s key instruments, enabling Member States to share their expertise with partner countries and strengthen institutional capacity.
This two-day training is designed to provide both newcomers and experienced professionals with practical knowledge about every stage of an EU Twinning project. Participants will gain insights into:
- the programme’s main principles and legal framework,
- preparation and presentation of project proposals,
- selection and evaluation procedures,
- project implementation – from contracts to budget management and reporting,
- communication, visibility and good practices.
The training will be delivered by experienced CPVA experts – Ugnė Chmeliauskaitė, Gintaras Makštutis and Milda Stravinskė – who have contributed to the implementation of dozens of EU Twinning projects. They will share practical advice, real case examples and answer participants’ questions.
The training fee is €650 per participant.
