Suppliers and manufacturers planning to participate in procurement organized under the Demining Capabilities Coalition for Ukraine must:
- Comply with the requirements of Lithuanian and EU legislation;
- Provide valid documentation and ensure transparency in their operations;
- Have relevant experience in supply or production consistent with the project specifications;
- Adhere to procurement procedures, including deadlines and fulfillment of all conditions.
Please note that it is of utmost important that all suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors — as well as the products they provide — have no ties to countries unfriendly to Lithuania and do not pose a risk to the national security of Lithuania or Ukraine.
