Objective of the project
To adapt the premises of the building for the activities of a spinal cord injury rehabilitation centre with the capacity of 50 beds (including the installation of a wheelchair workshop and a training room).
Project activities and status:
- Preparation of a technical project for the reconstruction of the building.
- Reconstruction and adaptation of the premises of Dnipro Hospital for rehabilitation activities.
Procurement documents for the design services have been prepared following agreement between the beneficiary and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the terms of reference for the design.
On September 30, the technical design for the reconstruction of the building of the Dnipro hospital and its adaptation to the purpose of a rehabilitation centre is being prepared in accordance with the signed contract.
On January 31, 2025, the technical design was completed.
On July 29, 2025, A contract for the reconstruction works was signed. The completion of the works is expected in the Autumn of 2026.
