Objective of the project

To contribute to strengthening the effectiveness, independence, and transparency of constitutional justice in Kazakhstan in alignment with international and European democratic standards and best practices. The specific objective of this Twinning project is to enhance the analytical and institutional capacities of the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan and to promote the efficiency of constitutional review processes.
