We know our job - we have more than 20 years of experience in project management and we work to ensure that public investments are beneficial and managed responsibly. We administer projects and programmes and implement international development cooperation policy. We also provide methodological support on public investment to state and municipal authorities and institutions, and advise on the issues related to public-private partnership projects.

The ethical committee
Examines potential cases of conflicts of public and private interests, considers various issues of employee behavior and ethics related to individual persons or the entire team. CPVA's ethics practice is formed on the basis of the Commission's decisions.

Examines proposals from CPVA employees to prevent discrimination, violence and harassment. Investigates reports of discrimination, violence and harassment and submits its findings and recommendations to the Director of the CPVA.

Practitioners’ Network for European Development Cooperation (PN)
This informal platform brings together European development cooperation agencies to strengthen cooperation between Europe and EU Member States in the implementation of international development cooperation policies, and to share information and experience.
OECD's Network of Senior Infrastructure and PPP Officials (SIP Network)
SIP Network is composed of high-level officials dealing with infrastructure governance, procurement planning and execution, as well as Public-Private Partnership (PPP) issues,
supports the OECD Public Governance Committee and the OECD Senior Budget Officials Committee in refining the shared international understanding of infrastructure governance an effective implementation of PPPs.
Bureau of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Working Party on Public-Private Partnerships
The working group is preparing methodological recommendations, guidelines, and other
documents on various issues related to the implementation of Public-Private Sector
Partnership (PPPs) projects. At the working group‘s meetings, the experience of Lithuania
and the CPVA in preparing and implementing PPPs projects is presented.
European PPP Expertise Centre (EPEC)
Centre's mission is to support the public sector in EU Member States, EU Candidate States and other countries in delivering better public-private partnerships (PPPs). At the Centre's meetings, the experience of Lithuania and the CPVA in preparing and implementing PPPs projects is presented.
World Association of PPP Units & PPP Professionals (WAPP)
WAPPP is a global non-governmental organisation helping its members achieve their
professional goals and promote best practices in PPPs aligned with the United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
