Call for Proposal: Development of Sustainable Energy and Climate Plan (SECAP) for municipalities and cities in Turkey.
This call for proposal invites Turkish municipalities/cities (applicants) in submitting their interest on becoming project counterpart for activity implementation within the project timeline 2021 until 2025.
5 shortlisted applicants (local authorities) will be contacted for the second step of the evaluation, which will include interview and review of relevant documentation from each city or municipality, with ultimate goal of selecting 2 final municipalities/city beneficiaries.
